Immunocompromised households
Carefully planned environmental cleaning for homes where exposure control and clear communication matter more than ever.
What we do
We create a defined cleaning and indoor-air plan around the household’s needs and any instructions provided by the resident’s care team. We remove dust and soil, clean agreed household surfaces and soft materials, disinfect appropriate surfaces when the plan calls for it, and run HEPA air scrubbers. The goal is a cleaner, more manageable home environment without unnecessary chemical exposure or unsupported promises.
How it works
- Plan. We identify occupied rooms, protected areas, caregiver access, sensitivities, medications, oxygen systems, medical equipment, and anything that should remain untouched. Care-team and manufacturer instructions take priority.
- Clean. We HEPA-vacuum and damp-clean appropriate surfaces before disinfecting. When disinfection is included, we use an EPA-registered product for the intended surface and follow its contact-time, ventilation, protective-equipment, and reentry directions.
- Purify. We position HEPA air scrubbers to capture particles released during cleaning while keeping access clear and avoiding airflow directed toward the resident. We finish with a review of the work completed and items outside our scope.
Why hire us
- Care guidance leads the plan. We work around written instructions, treatment schedules, occupied rooms, and the household’s stated priorities.
- We clean before we disinfect. Removing dust and soil is an essential first step; applying more chemistry is not automatically better.
- We manage exposure to the process. Product choice, room sequence, ventilation, protective measures, and reentry are decided before work begins.
- We’re clear about our role. We provide environmental cleaning—not medical care, infection-control certification, medical-device processing, or a sterile-home guarantee.
