Allergy-sensitive households
A whole-home reset for families who want fewer particles, fewer recurring reservoirs, and a more comfortable place to come home to.
The need
Home should feel like relief from the outdoors—not an extension of it.
Pollen comes in on clothing, shoes, pets, and open doors. Pet dander, dust-mite debris, and ordinary household dust collect in the places families use most. Once those particles settle into soft materials, everyday activity can put them back into the room again.
01
Triggers travel
Pollen and fine debris move from entries to bedrooms, furniture, rugs, returns, and adjoining rooms. The place where discomfort is noticed is not always the original source.
02
Soft materials hold more
Mattresses, upholstered furniture, carpet, curtains, pet beds, and fabric headboards can act as reservoirs. Cleaning only the visible top leaves edges, seams, undersides, and cushion interiors untouched.
03
Movement starts the cycle again
Walking, vacuuming, making a bed, turning on a fan, or sitting on a cushion can resuspend settled material. That is why particle capture must continue while surfaces are being disturbed.
04
Sensitivity is personal
One household may be focused on seasonal pollen; another on pets, dust mites, or a combination. The plan should follow the people, rooms, and patterns involved—not a one-size-fits-all checklist.
How Aviosa can help
Reduce what is circulating—and what is waiting to circulate.
We combine source-focused cleaning, careful work on particle reservoirs, and dedicated HEPA air scrubbing. When chemistry is useful, we choose it for a defined purpose and apply it only where the product label and material allow.
01
Remove and capture
HEPA vacuuming, damp-detail cleaning, and controlled handling remove settled material without simply moving it from one surface to another.
02
Reach the reservoirs
We address upholstery seams, removable cushions, under-furniture areas, floor edges, bedding zones, and other places a quick surface pass can miss.
03
Scrub the air during the work
Dedicated HEPA air scrubbers are placed and operated to capture airborne particles released during cleaning and to continue filtering the room before the final review.
Why our approach is different
The room is a system, not a collection of separate surfaces.
Our approach follows the full path from source to reservoir to air. The goal is a meaningful reduction in the indoor particle load without perfume, vague promises, or calling a home “allergen-free.”
01
Beyond the cushion face
A couch can look clean while particles remain in the seams, under the cushions, along the deck, and within the surrounding floor area. We lift, separate, access, and capture so the next person who sits down does not immediately restart the same cycle.
02
Capture while we disturb
Deep cleaning releases some of what has settled. Running dedicated air scrubbers during the active work helps capture that material instead of allowing it to drift into the next room and settle again.
03
Targeted chemistry—not chemistry everywhere
A stabilized chlorine dioxide product or another treatment may be considered for an identified condition. Application method, contact time, ventilation, material compatibility, and reentry always follow the specific label. Fogging is not automatic and is used only when the label permits it.
04
Honest verification
When particle readings are useful, we treat them as particle readings—not as an allergen test. Allergen-specific claims require allergen-specific sampling, so we explain what was measured and what was not.
The process
A deliberate reset from assessment to handoff.
The exact scope changes with the home, but this is the working process we use to build an allergy-focused service.
- 01
Listen and map the concern
We identify the people affected, seasonal patterns, pets, rooms, symptoms noticed in the home, recent renovations, and any known moisture issues.
- 02
Inspect pathways and reservoirs
Entries, bedrooms, soft furnishings, carpet edges, returns, filters, pet zones, and high-use rooms are reviewed to define the likely movement of particles.
- 03
Set the safety and preparation plan
We explain what should be moved, laundered, protected, or left untouched, and establish occupancy, pet, ventilation, and reentry requirements for any selected product.
- 04
Establish controlled air cleaning
HEPA air scrubbers are positioned before disruptive cleaning begins so airborne material can be captured throughout the work.
- 05
Remove settled material
We work from cleaner zones toward heavier reservoirs using HEPA vacuuming and damp-detail methods appropriate to each surface.
- 06
Deep-clean soft-surface reservoirs
Upholstery, cushions, seams, mattress zones, rugs, carpet edges, pet bedding, and adjacent surfaces are addressed according to the agreed scope and material limitations.
- 07
Apply targeted treatment if appropriate
Where a defined condition calls for chemistry, the selected product is used exactly as labeled. Not every home needs this step, and not every product is suitable for every surface or application method.
- 08
Finish, ventilate, and review
We complete a final detail pass, allow air scrubbing and ventilation to continue as planned, review the work performed, and provide practical steps for filters, bedding, humidity, pets, and future upkeep.
A good fit when
- Seasonal pollen seems to follow the family indoors
- Pet dander or dust returns quickly after ordinary cleaning
- Bedrooms or upholstered rooms seem to hold the concern
- You want a deeper reset before beginning a maintenance routine
Clear expectations
A defined scope, explained before we begin.
Aviosa is an environmental cleaning service, not a medical provider. We work to reduce identified particles and reservoirs, but we do not diagnose allergies, promise symptom relief, or represent a home as allergen-free. Medical decisions should remain with the household and its clinicians.
